Description: Rare set of 4 NOEL Christmas candle holders by TMJ. Made in Japan in the 1950s. Features elves or pixies in red outfits and hats. Each little elf/pixie measures approximately 3 inches tall and approximately 2 and 1/2 inches wide. These are hand painted and the paint is worn in places. The "L" figurine and the "E" figurine each have a minuscule chip in the paint at the base. Those are the only chips I can detect. The "O" elf has a place on the face that the paint is worn, but it doesn't look or feel rough like a chip. Other places have paint that is worn or didn't cover the entire area.
