A “Core Return Inspection Check List”, “Core Return Packing List”, and "Bill of Lading” will be sent to buyer once buyer notifies Xcalliber that the transmission core is strapped securely to a pallet and ready to be returned. Once your transmission core is received by Xcalliber, it will be thoroughly inspected by our technicians. Any exterior damage or missing components will be deducted from the core credit. If the returned transmission is without damage or missing components, the buyer will receive full credit for their returned core.
