If you look close, you can see some faint pencil lines from his sketch before painting. Landry is a well known California painter, and this is one of his larger ones. When looking at sales data, I noticed some paintings about 11x15, and many about 15x22, while this one is 19x26 (not counting the frame). The painting is not dated, but it looks to be in an original 1960's or 1970's frame, which has chips on all the corners. The back paper is ripped and shows a stain near a bottom corner (no evidence of the stain on the painting). There's also a large and small scratch in the glass. WARNING! The large size means that I can't guarantee the glass will survive shipping. It's fragile, and I can feel it moving around when handling the painting. I will tape cardboard over the glass to maximize the odds of it surviving. The large box size also means extra postage costs due to dimensional fees. If you want to save some money, I can ship just the unframed painting, or ship the whole thing in a smaller box (glass and frame would likely get damaged).
