Received Damaged items: In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping (I pack well but accidents during shipping do happen) I require the buyer to send photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label. This is required so I can submit an insurance claim to the shipping carrier as all of my items are sent 100% insured and photos are requirement of USPS, UPS and FedEx.
