Description: A superb set of English Victorian antique solid sterling silver fish servers. They are hallmarked for London 1854 with the makers mark being that of Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater. They have been beautifully designed with what if termed fiddle pattern and beautifully engraved with a fish design. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The fork measures 10 inches (25.6cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.2cm) wide and the slice 12.75 inches (32.2cm) long by 2 inches (5cm) wide and have a combined weight of 238 grams. A very nice quality set.
