Description: VTG Taylor, Smith & Taylor - 1169 - Butter Dish Base - made in U.S.A., warranted 22 carat platinum - As Is. This pattern was made from 1936 on. The dish is off white with platinum trim in geometric shapes, lines and squares. The bowl is 7.5" long, 7" wide and 1.25" deep. The bowl has a small chip on one handle (see photos 7-10), wear to the finish and light utensil marks. The platinum trim and designs are well worn and totally gone next to one of the handles (see photos 1-5). I have other pieces in this pattern and I'm happy to combine items to save money on postage.
