Publisher: Paine & Burgess Condition of covers: Fair Covers and spine have substantial wear and tear, including a good deal of scuffing, some dings, dents, and scratches, and a few stains and marks, as well as heavy damage and surface separation along spine and a bit of splitting along binding inside covers, but are largely intact. Condition of pages: Fair Pages have a good deal of dust and foxing/staining/discoloration, as well as a fair amount of creasing and bending and some rips, tears, and numerous marks throughout; note that there is also some splitting along binding. # of pages: 238 Pages missing: If any pages were originally included prior to frontispiece or after p. 238, they have now been removed; there appear to be the ragged edges of former pages in these locations.
