There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the movie is brand new and unopened. REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage.
