There is no date listed inside, only the publisher, so I cannot guarantee what I don't know for certain, apologies! As far as condition, the book has some damage, mostly with some looseness, brittleness of binding, separation between pages in some spots and the first page being torn/loose, but still attached. Book needs care to not damage further but is not disintegrating by any means. Some stains and wrinkles are present, but the outside is solid and has a nice antique look.
