Description: TRM WaterWire is a small diameter water sensor cable that extends the range of your Honeywell Lyric / Resideo Leak and Freeze detector base station (sold separately) at an affordable price. TRM WaterWire plugs directly into a socket on the bottom of the Lyric/Resideo base station. More than one TRM WaterWire cable can be added up to a total of 250 ft. Cables plug together using standard 3.5 mm stereo plugs. Use TRM WaterWire to monitor basement perimeters, larger concealed spaces in laundry rooms, under cabinets, behind refrigerators, etc. Leaks are reported to one or more smart phones via email, text and the Honeywell Home app. Each length of TRM WaterWIre ships with an appropriate number of peel-and-stick hold down clips to keep the sensor tight against the floor. Additional clips can be purchase separately if needed. The cable dries after it is lifted from the water and can be re-used.
