Description: Beautiful 1970s formal gown from JCPenny. Has gorgeous crystal studs covering the bodice and waist. Dress is two tones chiffon with a purple underskirt and light blue overskirt. The effect is that the dress changes colors as you move. Picture of the inner construction shows that one of the darts in the bodice was in the process of being adjusted but was never finished. Thankfully it is clearly pinned to match the other side so with some quick stitching it will be good as new. All closures are in working order and has both union and JCPenny tags.
