If you are purchasing multiple items from me, please wait for my invoice for the best possible shipping cost!This auction is for a Victorian Village Collectibles The Olde Town Gazebo 1996 Edition Handpainted Porcelain structure. this piece measures about 4 1/2 inches in an octagon configuration by 4 1/2 inches tall. It is in very good, unchipped, used condition in the original, opened packaging. A few important notes about my listings:I would appreciate it if everyone took the time to read my listings and ask any questions before committing to buy!!The items I list are usually from auctions and estate sales. I do clean things up before I list them but there is no telling what lingering odors will crop up after the item is packaged for shipment. If you are terribly allergic to smoke, pet dander, musty scents, then you should take this into consideration before bidding. (I am very sensitive to musty odors and have stopped buying ephemera for this reason!)I am not an expert in this items field nor am I a professional photographer.
