They are still sealed in the plastic wrap but there are imperfections to the surface of the wax melts as it appears they have been shuffled around a lot. There are scored into 4 quadrants..so they appear to be break away tarts where you would get 4 uses out of each sealed wax melt. See photos for assessment. There are also little tears and discolorations.
