Description: Skirt part has three layers, satin, tulle and chiffon. There is a fray on the edge above the flower which could be repaired and is mostly covered by the yellow chiffon. A seam near the hem has a repair about 4 1/2” that maybe needs a more professional repair. It also is not very noticeable in the fullness of the skirt. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit 17”, waist 13 1/2”, waist to hem 25”.
