I AM NOT REALLY SURE OF WHAT HE IS MADE, MAYBE SOME TYPE OF PLASTIC TYPE COMPOSITION. I BELIEVE HIM TO BE CIRCA 1950s OR 60s. HE IS A GREAT COLLECTIBLE.
