Description: Vintage 1980 Aurora AFX Lited Oval Spring HO Scale Slot Car Race Set with two original "Lited" Thunderjet chassis Cars that are both Pontiac Firebirds (Black / Yellow). I believe everything is here from the original set including the instructions, advertisement pieces, and original box. I put this set together and tested it with some other cars that I have. The track, controllers and power pack work good. The track will need some cleaning. The cars are missing front axles, wheels, tires. The back tires are very old and need to be replaced. The light bulbs are here but I did not test them. Both cars are in unknown working condition. The yellow Firebird is missing a back fender panel (see close-up photo). Box is in rough condition with lots of damage and tape on it. Vintage Pre-Owned "Played-With" Condition. Transformer & Controllers & Track tested & working. Cars were not tested and need repair.
