Description: 2 small paint chips, see second to last photo. 1 small chip that looks like it was touched up at the top, see last photo. Lighter is untested and the bottom of the lighter is marked India while the other piece is marked Japan. Vintage wear to the brass lighter color. Beautiful tones of red, burnt orange, orange and gold. Marking on the underneath of ashtray says 484. Measures approximately 14 1/4” at the longest point and about 11” wide.
