Description: I have used the bag so it does have some markings and dirty spots on the outside as shown, but when you open it, it still smells fresh just like the dry cleaning kit. It get bounced around the dryer, so that’s why the outside of it looks dirty, but the inside of the bag only had sweaters in it. The box of whisper fresh sent refill cloths have not been opened. the liquid stain remover bottle feels full. I don’t think I ever used any of it. It did work well I just don’t wear sweaters often anymore so never end up using it. All sales are final as I do not offer returns.
