It has a 2 tone case and band in both silver tone and gold tone. The watch face is designed upside down so that a person wearing it can lift to check the time. The hands and hour indicators are gold in color. It is attached to a gold tone cable chain necklace that is 24 inches long and has a spring ring closure. It is in VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION! There are no major scratches or dings to the metal or glass. There are a few scratches on the back, but they can't be seen when the watch is worn. This watch is UNTESTED. I tried to wind it and, while I hear ticking, the hands don't seem to move.
