Description: This is a beautiful vintage full-size Duncan Phyfe-style traditional low poster bed with rounded finials and a beautiful blanket rail footboard. Wood appears to be mahogany. Includes headboard, footboard, and side rails. This bed requires either a specialized support system, or, if typical center slats are to be used, different side rails. Solid and sturdy, with cosmetic imperfections consistent with age. Headboard does have a crack as pictured, but it does not affect stability. Condition considered in price.
