There is a code on the cap that I took a picture of and you can look up the code and figure out how old it is. What's important to me, and I hope you is that it looks cool!! I took a lot of pics rotating the base around and around and even the bottom of the lamp. One thing.....if you want a PERFECT lamp......this is NOT the one! Please do not buy!
