Heiser Cynthiana Ind. ……….Condition…….. It is age usage wear, age discolored (yellowing) and has stains on it. Fading of advertising. The top is cracked and pieces broken off. There is no mounting top hole because it is broke. The edge has broken missing areas also. There are some cracks throughout the plastic. A spot of paint on the edge and a bit on the top.
