Description: Vintage Ruth of Carolina Girls' Dress Fresh from a Dallas estate, this is a vintage circle skirt dress by Ruth of Carolina. Logo tag reads, "Ruth of Carolina by Ruth Originals 5." The dress is black and white striped with blue, red, orange, yellow and green flowers all over. The style is an almost full circle skirt, with long cummerbund style sash, small folded collar, 4 buttons down back, and eyelet & scalloped detail on blouse and down the back center of skirt. Perfect retro 1950s rockabilly look when paired with a petticoat. The dress is marked as a Girls size 5 and measures as follows: 10" shoulder to shoulder, 13 1/2" across arm pits, 11 1/2" across waist, 9 3/4" around arm holes, 10 1/2" from shoulder to waist, 15 3/4" from waist to hem, 27 1/4" from shoulder to hem. The sash around waist measures 76" long and 5" wide. This dress is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with NO major holes or stains! It feels very crisp. The sash is disconnected from the front and right side of waist, and only tacked to the left side of waist.
