It is in brushed silver tone metal with what looks like some kind of Lucite / hard plastic aqua blue beads with a center imitation pearl. It shows the normal vintage wear with a couple of nicks on the leaves, very light surface wear on the beads, and there are a couple of tiny spots on the pearl but still such a nice sweet and chic vintage brooch.
