It is from a Sargent plane. The handles are in beautiful shape, as you can see from the pictures. The rear handle has been repaired at some point, as with most vintage Stanley planes. This plane belonged to a professional wood worker and was used daily for decades and is ready for woodwork. It is clean, sharp, and tuned.
