This is a really cool color block design and a unique colorway. I hope this finds someone who enjoys it and it will definitely stand out. I'm guessing this would be from somewhere in the 90's, since I think that's when JC Penny had the rights to the clothing. It's pretty amazing how clean this is for the age.
