AERO MARK 28 B&L No. 61-21-57 binoculars manufactured by Bausch & Lomb. They look to be in very nice condition considering their age/prior use. The optics appear to be clear and free of defects but might be a little dusty from storage. The fabric neck strap looks original and worn but appears intact and serviceable (see last photo).
