Description: Vintage Women's XS S Victorian Dress Costume Regency Gown Red Ruffle Cosplay 90s It was made by Victorian Corner by Peggy Wardell. I am guessing this was made int he 80s or 90s based on how the fabric feels. I don't know what the fabric is made of but I am assuming it is a polyester or some kind of woven synthetic. It is red with printed white stripes. I did machine wash and line dry it and it did fine. I am estimating this to fit an XS/S mostly based on the bust measurement. It has a very very full skirt.
