Description: What you are viewing is an original Vintage 1980 JVC RC-M70JW Ghettoblaster Boombox. Tape deck is in working order, and radio seems to work fine. Piece has some minor wear and aging to contend with, a few minor bumps and dings, a crack in the dial face, but still displays amazing for its age. Speakers seem to work fine, and didn’t hear any real issues like popping or signs of being blown. Battery housing is also really clean, and old batteries were not left inside to deteriorate. Jacks are mostly untested accept the headphone jack, and that is in working order. FM-SW4 channels have been tested, and do change when pushed. Antennas are in nice shape, and are not broken. Boombox completely folded down measures 22 1/4” X 6 1/2” X 12”, and is a sizable machine. Pieces will be packed safe, and I have plenty of large boxes, and foam for its safe arrival.
