It features multi-generational favorites from members of the: Klassen, Toews, Thiessen, Eidse, Froese, Boese, Wohlgemuth, Reiner and Baerg. The book was published by L. Rasmussen Co. Ltd. It starts with a poem by unknown writer about writing the perfect cookbook and it becoming the perfect feast. The cookbook is divided into Appetizers, Beverages, Salads, Dressings, Soups, Sauces, Vegetables, Main Dishes, Breads, Desserts, Canning and an Extra Special sections. On the back of each section are guidelines and tips that I imagine to be the building block cooking lessons for the next generations of cooks. The book is in good vintage condition. The cover has some corner bends and a few minor spots and indentations. The pages have bright print and I could not find any writing in it but there are a couple light spots.
