Outside measures 10" x 12" and is suitable for a 8 x 10 inch photo or artwork print with a rear-loading photo insertion and an easel back in good shape. The front open window view measures 6.5" x 8.5" Very nice shape with a few small imperfections noted in the silver pin stripe along the inner opening on the right side. Not very noticeable.
