It lights up and has a great color and glitter motion (see video). IT IS MISSING THE TOP SILVER CAP (see pictures). The silver base has some minor dings and scuffs (see pictures). Including the base and the glass globe it measures about 14.25 inches tall (see pictures). It includes a used light bulb, but since it is a used bulb, you may need a new one at some point.
