It is a gold tone metal buckle with black accents and with a stone mounted in the center that looks like a blue and yellow speckled egg. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the pictures it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2", it fits up to a 1-1/2" wide belt (it has a tabbed loop, it fits a 1" wide belt as shown in the photos) and it weighs about 2.3 oz.
