Wild, natural, thorned blackberry variety which produces abundant fruit starting in the second year, with peak harvest time during the month of June in Southeastern USA. Ingredients: Syrup made with wild blackberries, Florida cane sugar and a little bit of lemon juice. This is a natural syrup concentrate with no corn syrup or any other ingredients. This syrup is excellent on pancakes and biscuits and for use in baking and can be diluted with up to 20 to 30+ times as much cold water to make refreshing drinks. It can also be used to make various deserts including ice cream. 1/3 of all proceeds go to the non-profit Goat Refuge Conservation Land Trust, Inc. in support of rare breeds of goats at the Escambia Lakes Goat Refuge.
