About Windy Meadows Pottery CollectiblesJan Richardson is the artist and creator of Windy Meadows Pottery. She originally sold her handmade houses at craft fairs around the Frederick and Hagerstown, Md area and from her studio in Knoxville, MD. Each house was built by hand from the ground up using a color formula created by Jan to create the unique coloring of each piece. Every piece that I sell was part of my parent's extensive collection of houses. My mom also sold the smaller houses in her antique store, so I have several and a few multiples.
