We promise to get your item ready and shipped within 3 days. All the items come from Bel Air, Maryland. We have many items that we ship free to locations within the USA; otherwise, shipping is based upon your location and the shape/weight of the item. International shipping is allowed and protected when the buyer uses their physical address in their country during checkout otherwise, using a US based export address will null and void any liability on our end. We are a pet friendly home. We meticulously prepare and store our items in sealed bags inside bins. Our Team Ray and I are helped by our adorable kitties that we got at the Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue based in Ellicott City, MD. These kind people rescued a pregnant cat from a kill shelter in West Virginia, brought her to their facility where she gave birth to our curious little love bugs, Grayson & Knightly.
